The Roossihuus chalet was built in 2003, in the Swiss chalet style. It is perfectly situated, in a very quiet environment, only 5 - 7 minutes walk from the railway station, town centre and Maennlichen cable car. From the large south facing balcony you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains above, and down into the Lauterbrunnen valley below. This apartment is presented in immaculate condition, with excellent facilities such as deck chairs, table and chairs for the balcony, fondue pots and raclette in the kitchen and DVD's, CD's and videos suitable for all the family. The 120m2 apartment has 4 1/2 rooms. It is furnished in a luxurious rustic style. There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the spacious living room there is a log fire, plenty of comfortable seating along with cable TV, video, DVD and CD hi-fi. A staircase leads to a large mezzanine floor area - perfect as a play area for the children. he modern kitchen is equipped with all you should need.

In the spacious living room there is a log fire, plenty of comfortable seating along with cable TV, video, DVD and CD hi-fi. A staircase leads to a large mezzanine floor area - perfect as a play area for the children. The modern kitchen is equipped with all you should need - it has an oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge. The dining room table will easily seat the whole family and is integrated well in to both the living room and kitchen. The central heating system provides constant hot water making the coldest day comfortable. Please do take note that this is an apartment for non smokers & pets are not allowed.
