The villa is very private situated on 22 acres of fruit, olive, palm, rose, and walnut trees. Complimentary wine and olive oil, produce of Villa St Patrick land, is provided. It has its own stream a full size tennis court a 5x15 meter swimming pool and vineyard. Accommodation 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge with open fireplace and for winter central heating mains water and marble flooring throughout. It has 6 verandas for panoramic viewing of the dozen of so pine clad hills which surround it. The world famous ancient amphitheatre of Epidavros is 10-15 minutes drive away.The For shopping, bank, post office, restaurants, the villages of Ligourio and Port of Epidauros are 10-15 mins away. There is a hospital in the village of Ligourio and Nauplio. Night life and discos are close. The beautiful town of Nafplio (former capital of Greece) offers the full range of dining experiences, some great cafes and bars and good shopping.

Set in the heart of the Peloponnese close to Nauplio the first capital of Modern Greece after liberation from the Turkish Yoke 1821. Amidst pine covered hills you're never far from the sea. Within an hours drive of the villa there are 5 different beaches, the nearest 15 mins away. Epidauros has 2 theatres a small one in the port , and the famous ancient theatre of Epidavros 5 miles away in the village of Ligourio seating for 14000 , built in 400 B.C. Here in the summer month the ancient dramas and comedies are performed under the stars. A few miles away to the north east is the town of Argos where Jason and his Argonauts set out in search for the Golden Fleece. A short distance on from here is the ancient City of Mycenae ,the largest bronze-age city on mainland greece and the home of Agamemnom. Day trips are available to the nearby islands of Poros, Spetse, Aigina, Agistri, Corinth canal, Monembasia.
