For whoever loves the joys of the mountains and the joys of the sea, my home allows you to experience the best of both worlds. You can adapt your holidays as you wish : from the beach, to the mountains (rock climbing, canyoning, mountain biking or hikes..), to shopping and even sight seeing. At the end of the day, you will always relax in a calm and cosy Villa surrounded by 122 olive trees. My home is a property with 2 houses, both on one level, looking out on the large garden and the swimming pool. The living room is surrounded by large windows allowing the famous Riviera light and sun to come in. The garden is also equipped with outdoor lights. As it is my every day home, it is very well equipped and has charming furniture. You can either enjoy a large barbecue indoors or out or can go for a nice night out to Cannes (15mn), Nice (30mn) or a wonderful, international but very typical French Riviera-style village, Valbonne (3 km). A perfect summer holiday rental !

My home is located in between the sea and the mountains.The countryside surrounding the house is splendid with the possibility of many activities only minutes away: tennis with restaurants, 5 golfs, Valbonne village (typical Romanesque/romantic village). Just 5 minutes down the hill, you have a grocery shop, a boulangerie, a café, a post office, etc … The area is of great natural beauty. In the mountains (half hour drive from the house) you will find places for long or short walks depending on what you want to do. You can walk down to rivers and swim in icy water. Mountain biking and canyoning are possible in the middle of incredible landscape. The sea is only at a 15 minute drive. In the bay of Cannes, you can enjoy the city-life with shopping and discotheques, but also the joys of the sun-bathing either in Cannes or on its islands (Iles de Lerins) a 15 minute boat ride. You can also discover Antibes Juan les Pins and its beautiful beaches on the Cap d'Antibes.
