Situated in the peaceful hills close to the pretty town of Lodeve, this villa sleeps up to 9 people in 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with double bed and single bunk over. There are 2 further single beds which can be moved to suit. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a large luxury shower and one with bath. There is a large open plan lounge with TV, DVD and video, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and fridge-freezer. It has it's own private enclosed pool area with sun terrace which has stunning views over the surrounding hillside.

This area boasts 300 days of sun a year. The wine is plentiful as is the fine cuisine. The local town of Lodeve is only a 5 minute drive and has 2 supermarkets, a hospital, restaurants, shopping centre and market on Saturday mornings. Alternatively Clermont L'Herault is a 15 minute drive with another large supermarket, more restaurants, shops and market on a Wednesday morning. For a larger shopping experience there are the lovely towns of Montpellier, Beziers and Perpignan. There is a variety of interesting excursions to be enjoyed such as: historic towns, hillside villages, river gorges, canoeing, lake Salagou, beautiful beaches at Sete, amazing caves, endless walking or cycling and horse riding.

  • Our bedrooms are well furnished - the 2 double bedrooms having wardrobes and draw units for ample storage. The master bedroom has french doors out onto the front terrace which is perfect for that morning cup of coffee in the sun. The second double bedroom enjoys a double aspect making it a sunny room. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed with a single bunk over it. There are 2 further small single beds which can be moved from room to room to suit your requirements. This bedroom also has a TV with games console. All linen is provided if required. We also have a travel cot available if required.

Notes: At the moment access to the living area is by a staircase which means it is not easily accessible for wheelchairs. However we hope to add a slope to the side of the villa in the near future.
