Large 4 bedroom Villa built with pool and garden. Close to beach, resturants and shops but in quiet location. The villa has been tastefully furnished with good quality practical furniture and has a private outdoor swimming pool. The villa has all the holiday essentials, including pool sun-loungers, BBQ, washing machine, TV with DVD/CD player, secure safe, air conditioning in every room including bedrooms. Calis and Fethiye are the two main towns in the locality. Calis is a small picturesque resort town, with long stretch of sand and shingle beach. The main promenade has a wide choice of restaurants catering to every taste, as well as some small souvenir and jewellery shops. At the end of the promenade is a new bar and restaurant with a long balcony - perfect to watch the local boats sail past the setting sun.

Over 3 km of shingle beach which is popular with sun seekers and those wanting to partake in water-sports such as windsurfing, snorkelling and in a restricted area jet skiing. Close to the villa are two quiet hotels both of which have restaurants available to the public. About half way to the beach you will find a mini-market and a small shop which supply your basic needs. Supermarkets are available nearer Calis and Fethiye. The beach front has a few bars and restaurants offering both traditional Turkish cuisine and international menus. The villa is further north of Calis so more peaceful, but Calis is a short ride or walk where there is something for everyone. The main resort of Fethiye can be reached from the villa by local Dolmus bus or water taxi from Calis to the harbour.
