This is a roof top apartment situated in the desirable Los Boliches area of Fuengirola. The two bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and can accommodate between four and six persons comfortably (6 when using sofa beds in the living room ). The apartment boasts all modern amenities including lift access and full air conditioning.

The area has an impressive selection of restaurants including French, Argentinian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian in addition to the local specialty fish restaurants. If it’s a taste of traditional Spanish culture you’re after, then head for the Bullring in Fuengirola or visit the local festivals and markets all year round. The train and taxi take

about 30 minutes from the airport and the Los Boliches train station is an 8 minute walk on the flat to the apartment, the train is only a few euros. Parking is on street with pay parking along the shore which is free over night.

This is a one bedroom en suite apartment on the same top floor as the apartment described here. Only these two apartments are on the top floor therefore it is quite private. The front doors of the apartments face each other and are only 4m apart.

If requested access form one patio to the other can be organized by opening locked gates, so that the patios form one very large outside space.

Depending on availability both apartments can be booked at the same time.

Also check out apartment 84300, located on the second floor of the same building but is sm beach. Beautiful sandy beaches with restaurant facilities with waiter service while you sun bathe.

Cruises and day excursions also operate from the harbor, and destinations offered include Morroco and Gilbraltar. For families there are two waterparks and another excellent day out can be enjoyed nearby at the Fuengirola Zoo.

Facilities: Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks, Water park, Zoo, shopping centre, Tivoli World for children adventures, open air market on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday (10 minutes walk from penthouse).

Hello Michael, We really did enjoy our stay in Los Boliches, the weather was great so we could make use of the large patio all day every day.

The location is first class with every thig you need within easy walking distance.

Fantastic Location/Great Apartment

This was our third time staying at this apartment. The owner Michael arranges for guests to be met by Lesley, his local agent, who will tell you all you need to know about the apartment. The location is excellent and only a short stroll to the beach. The apartment has everything one needs for a self catering holiday. The large terrace is great for late afternoon sunbathing. The kitchen is well equipped. It is a real bonus to have a plentiful supply of towels for use in the apartment and for the beach. There is a great variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. Travel from Malaga is very easy with the train stopping at Los Boliches with then only a 10 minute walk to the apartment. We have enjoyed all our holidays here and have booked again for September.

The apartment has everything you need on the inside and the outside is great for sunbathing or just enjoying a glass of wine.The location is perfect just 1 minute from the sea front.There is a big supermarket close by and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from.We have already booked for later this year.

Brilliant Los Boliches

Second time to stay. Great area close to beach, bars and restaurants. Michael and Ann are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Weather fantastic. Stayed in June 2011 with family and grand children and the accommodation and location suited everybody.

We had an excellent time at the apartment. There is everything you need. Four of us stayed at the apartment so the living room wasnt used as a sleeping area. The kitchen has all the utensils that you need to make yourself a decent meal. The apartment is ideally situated, we went somewhere different everyday as transport is on the doorstep. Supermarkets very close and a lovely bakery just around the corner. It suited my mother perfectly as it is in a very flat area and my mother has walking dificulties, even so along the promenade there are benches literally every 10/20 metres. The weather was excellent seeing as it was January. All in all good apartment and good communication with the owner.

great holiday by the sea

had a fantastic time ,there were 6 of us intotal ,the bedrooms were large enough for a 2 week holiday,although the 2 girls did'nt like not having their own bedroom they got by when we found 2 mattresses,although it could of done with lick of paint it was clean,air con was brilliant,outside space was unbeliavabley large,anyone who came after us even had a pool?.close to everything,bars, restaurants,
supermarkets,markets,beach,zoo,trains,fuengirola, you name it it was there on your door step, very quiet no noise from local bars. although on 4th floor lift was always working and never had to wait like you do in hotels, while on subject after staying here i will never stay in a hotel again,was so peaceful.by the way you should have a brand new cooker now as i broke the last one(sorry michael). GET IT BOOKED you will have a fantastic time there,thanks michael i may stay again sometime soon i hope

Two sides to a story

We had the most relaxing and comfortable holiday we've had in years. We knew where this property was and so it is perfect for the Beach, bars, restaurants, shops, train station and in a lovely part of spain which is clean and quiet, its also not too far away from the more popular fuengerola if thats what you want. I think it would be comfortable for 4 but a touchy 6, but we were a party of two so we loved it and will definatley want to use it again.
The other side of the story, the apartment is very tired, and is in need of updating, decorating and cleaning. Some of the appliances (kettle and microwave) need to be used with care!
The terrace and outside space is fantastic especially if you like the peace and quiet.
We look forward to booking the appartment again soon.

Owner's Response: I contacted my guest by e-mail so that I could get details and address matters. Below is my guests exact response and as a result I have replaced the appliances immediately.The cleaning issue was a one off and has also been resolved.

Hi Michael
First and foremost we had a fantastic holiday and would dearly love to use the apartment again, its just where we wanted to be and had everything we could have needed.

The items that caused us concern was the kettle that was leaking steam from the handle, which meant we could only pick it up with a tea towel wrapped around the handle. The microwave made sparking noises the first and only time we used it, so we turned it off immediately and didn't use it again.

I am a bit of stickler for cleanliness so perhaps others wont have been that bothered, the bath and sink were dull and after using the cleaning products left at the apartment they came up a treat. The same for the units throughout. I think a good clean of all surfaces including skirting's would do the place wonders, Its not a criticism but an observation.

Hope you have some vacancies in May, we may well be looking at returning then.
