A hilltop location with excellent views of the sea, mountains and over the centre of Nerja. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the very centre of Nerja. In a quiet residential area. Our villa apartments(four in all) have both a full bathroom and a shower room, one of which is en-suite. They are particularly well equiped with quality fixtures and modern furnishings and everything is provided for comfortable living. Being resident owners ensures that the buildings, pool and gardens are well maintained and that we can give you a warm welcome and assist during your stay.

  • Winter promotion: November- March - £30/week discount for lets of 4 weeks or more. Our apartments have cavity wall insulation, double glazing and warm air/radiator heating. During the winter months we add rugs to the floor and each apartment has hot water bottles and an electric blanket if needed. The evenings can be chilly. Electric is included in our rates.

Notes: Rentals up to 3 months accepted from couples. There is a £30/week reduction for lets of 4 weeks or more between November and March. Disabled Walking difficulties- a lift in the building means there are no steps between ground level and entry to three of the apartments. The entrance to the lift itself is a little small for an open wheelchair but adequate for a folded one.

.....all four of us immediatelely agreed Casa Rosa was the most wonderful and well equipped apartment any of us had ever had the pleasure of staying in. It gad everything you could wish for, owners that live practically next door....The interior was exquisite with it's luxury furnishings, wonderful and well equipped kitchen, superb marble bathroom and en suite, spacious balcony and it's own private roof terrace with breathtaking views....The shared pool was fantastic and just what you need on those hot days...and more often than not it was empty. I could spend the next week writing about the apartments and what a wonderful holiday we had .....

Stayed June 2009 and this appartment was very nice indeed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 11. Location at top of very steep hill but we knew that and it didn't put us off at all.
Alan and Ann were very nice and helpful to say the least and the welcome pack was very welcome indeed and really nice to have.
Pool very near by and empty but that was due to it being during school term time!!! Naughty of us?
