Jogasa is a spacious villa with a large caged,solar, and electric heated pool, with a removable child safety screen around which there is a seating area with table, chairs and sun loungers. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, spa bath, walk in shower and has doors that open onto the lanai pool area, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares the second bathroom with bedroom three which has two single beds. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, the utility has a washer and dryer. There is a large family room with seating, a dinette area looking out to the pool for breakfast and a main dining area to the front of the villa, the rear doors open onto the lanai and pool. The TV and DVD player are located in the den/fourth bedroom, where there is a double size bed/sofa. The villa is air conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms, this is a luxury home, in a beautiful location, well maintained by a local company, new for 2006.

Rotonda West is a quiet residential deeded golfing community with large areas given over to conservation. There are over 30 miles of canals and these provide a home for a huge variety of wildlife, turtles, fish, numerous birds and of course alligators. Minutes away there are the white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico, home to turtles, manatees and dolphins, inter coastal waterways where hours can be spent in boats, fishing or just chilling out. Off the coast are the beautiful barrier islands with names such as Boca Grande and Dom Pedro. Two and a half hours away are the Disney parks,where the children will see their favourite characters, Micky,Tigger and many others,and have all the fantastic rides, also Seaworld, Epcot, and the studios. Two hours down the gulf coast on the Tamiami Trail are the Florida Keys with an abundance of activities, including fishing, sailing, and of course Miami, with its splendid architecture.

Bathroom 2 has a bath with shower and a double basin vanity unit,there is a door opening onto the pool area for children's use when outside playing in the pool.

There is high speed internet available at extra cost.The pool has solar powered heating but we have now installed an electric heater which, for an additional charge, currently $50 per week can be switched on when required.

Notes: Large pool cage with plenty of space. sun loungers,outside patio table and chairs ideal for breakfast by the pool under the lanai with a ceiling fan to move the warm air. Nearby children's play park a few minutes walk or cycle ride away with cycle lanes and tennis courts and large grass area's for ball games. Pool has children's safety guard for peace of mind,there is nothing better than to lie in the pool and watch the Bald Eagles and other bird life fly overhead. The pool has both solar heating and for a small weekly charge a pool heater is also available.

Well kept house with good standard

Clean and well kept house with a lot of space in a quiet neighbourhood. Since the house has no direct neighbours (yet) it offers good privacy. The distance to shopping facilities is appr. 7 mls. A car is neccessary! Nice beaches on Gasparilla Island and Don Pedro Island.

The owner was helpful and efficient and provided all neccessary information.

We enjoyed our time!

Immaculate, spacious home with high-end furnishings, towels, and bedding with beautiful decor! The master suite is large and luxurious. The heated pool was a favorite for our family. With no close neighbors, it was very private. We did lie in the pool and watch the birds fly overhead! We found lots of shark teeth at nearby Englewood Beach, Manasota Key, as well as Venice, the Shark Tooth Capital of the World. We enjoyed visiting the dog beach in Venice with our two dogs.John and Sue are gracious owners.We plan to return soon. We feel we have found a home away from home.

This villa is very comfortable, quiet and private and is very much as it is described. It is in a lovely area near a park with wildlife all around. It is within 10 minutes drive to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our whole experience from the initial enquiry was very good.
