Photos and Description of the St. Paul vacation villa rental
Self catering accommodation with private pool.sleep up to 6 persons.

The property stands in approximately 1/3 acre of lush tropical gardens with a kidney shaped swimming pool on the cliff edge above Turtle Bay. Ample lounging decks for sunbathing are adjacent to the pool. The property is not overlooked and is in quiet, secluded location. The accommodation provides a large living room with a outdoor dining terrace that leads to the swimming pool. The air conditioned master bedroom has a dressing room and en suite domed bathroom and its own veranda. The second twin bedded (or a double bed on request) bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is also air conditioned. The fully equipped modern kitchen leads to a garden terrace with a magnificent open covered dining area with commanding views of the coast. Underneath this terrace is a self contained air conditioned garden apartment with it's own entrance. The tropical gardens create a relaxed and excellent atmosphere that will make your holiday one to be remembered.

Sports: The following sports are available within easy reach of the villa: these are squash, tennis, diving, snorkeling, sailing, horse-back riding, water sports, golf, etc.

Shopping: There is a small supermarket a short drive from Calvados Heights in Falmouth and others in nearby Falmouth Marina where most items can be found. There is an excellent supermarket near St Johns that is air-conditioned and stocks everything from delicatessen counter to chilled meat from the USA, in house bakery, tinned foods and fresh vegetables. There is also an excellent wine and spirits counter. There is a vegetable, meat and fish market in St John's.

Restaurants and places of interest: Antigua offers 365 fantastic beaches that are safe with good snorkeling, some with beach bar and restaurant. Some of these are within 10 minutes of the property.The restaurants that abound in the area are renowned for the quality of food and wine and vary in price The English Harbour area offers approximately 20 restaurants and 5 hotels.Antigua has several places of interest. Close by is the historic Nelson's Dockyard and Shirley's Heights. Further afield are Betty's Hope, Fort James. St John's has a museum and interesting Anglican Church. Devil's Bridge and the offshore Great Bird Island are other tourist attractions. There are tours available and a ferry/air service to the sister island of Barbuda.Day tours are available to the neighbouring islands.

Turtle Bay is located near the entrance of Falmouth Harbour on the South Coast of Antigua in the Leeward Islands. Falmouth is a 25 minutes drive from the International Airport.The villa is a short drive from historic Nelson's Dockyard and surrounding area, and offers restaurants, shops, beaches and night life. Antigua offers an abundance of beaches and coves and a rental jeep is essential to see the island to best advantage while holidaying here.

Golf: There are two golf courses on Antigua. One links course and one 18 hole course on the North end of the island.

Visitors are welcome at either course with the usual green fees and buggies available.
