This luxury property has a solar / electrically heated pool for your enjoyment. Located just off of the Inner Circle of Rotonda West in a quiet woodland location it is ideally situated for the golfer, the sun and beach worshiper as well as the shopping enthusiast. Six golf courses are located within the circle and many more within a short drive. Englewood, Boca Grand and many other beaches are within easy reach as are the shopping malls at Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. The tourist areas of Tampa and Orlando are within a couple hours drive and a visit to Busch Gardens and Seaworld are a must. Although not strictly a tourism hot spot, many attractions are available locally from an area known as Florida's best kept secret.
Golf: A variety of golf courses are located both within the circle and at varying distances from it. Please refer to our website for details of individual courses. A set of ladies and gents clubs are available on request at the villa.
Mike was a SNCO in the RAF Transport division for 36 years. Rosemary a Civil Servant with MOD for nearly as long. In 1997 we left the services to run our own Guest House in Cornwall which we did for 16 years. In 2012 we retired to Somerset

We had never been to the US but always fancied doing so. We eventually found a UK company with building contacts in America. A plot on Rotonda with secluded surroundings presented itself so after deciding on model, we bought this villa off plan. It remains secluded near the centre of this vast development . Having visited many times in the last 6 years we are proud of what we have made it and have benefitted from the ministrations of a superb management company actually living close by. The location and style of villa has proven to be extremely popular with all of our past guests to the point that many of them have returned, some year on year.
You only have to see a picture of the villa and you cn't fail to fall in love with it. Its clean, bright and uncluttered appearance always ensures a 'Wow' when you first arrive. Since 2006 we have improved and updated all of our facilities to the point that the guest wants for nothing. We have done our best to ensure that guests get exactly what it says on the tin.
we had a fabulous break it was so quiet and peaceful great pool and so clean & tidy , it was perfect for us and close to all attractions we did the beaches like stumpy pass and visited grasprilla Island with there lovely sandy beaches , lots of cycling and walking places and great golf courses especially Long Marsh GC great course great people ,
There was so many places to eat like , Howard's, beyond the sea , lock & key & the White Elephant and more , everything was well organised with everything you needed .
It's was all made so easy to book by the owner Mike very pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome in his lovely home we will be back very soon ,

Rotonda West is a development of some 8000 plots arranged in a circle and divided into 8 equal partitions. The area to the south between the 6 and 8 o'clock positions is a wildlife sanctuary and will never be built on. The remaining 7 sectors contain an alternating road design which allows for the building of golf courses of which there are currently 6. Each plot is in excess of 1/5 acre many homes being built on more than one plot. There are upward of 40 miles of canals running through the area which is regulated by an Association Committee as a Deed Restricted Community. These restrictions are for the good of all and cover general tidiness, mowing of lawns and parking. These restrictions are more for the resident than the holiday maker, but it helps to be aware of parking restrictions. Generally, park the car in the garage and you have complied. The villa nestles in a residential woodland environment and currently has no immediate neighbors either to the side or rear.
