We provide all consumables such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen roll etc. Free use of Sat Nav/GPS. In house WI-FI. Our brand new vacation home offers the best of both worlds; spacious self catering accommodation with fantastic on-site facilities including 2 pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, indoor spa complex, gym, indoor and outdoor dining, bar, games room and internet cafe. Children are guaranteed to have other children to play with in the pools whilst parents can relax in the shade of palm trees. Our fully air conditioned house is the largest model on Regal Palms and has had extensive owner upgrades to the fixtures and fittings including a whitewashed pine floor in the living area. A superbly equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area. The 2 en-suite bedrooms with king/queen beds. 2 further themed twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a laundry room. 5 TVs & 3 DVD players. Toys, pool toys, coolers, beach chairs/shade provided.

One mile from Highway 192 with it's restaurants and gift shops leading to Disney (10 minutes) and Sea World (25 minutes). Being on the west side of Orlando gives the added advantage of being within easy reach of Tampa and St. Pete's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches; Busch Gardens is just over an hour away. Orlando International (35 minutes) and Sanford airport (1 hour) are within easy reach on the Greenway Expressway.

Golfing holidays: Regal Palms is literally across the road from Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course, our guests get discount rates. There are several courses including championship class within 10 minutes drive.

Restaurants & shopping: Applebees Restaurant, American diner, Italian, and Japanese restaurants are all within walking distance. There are dozens of restaurants with a few minutes drive on US27 and 192. Publix supermarket, bank, drug store, Applebes resaturant, Japanese resaurant, American Diner, Italian and Chinese take outs are within walking distance. A Wal mart hypermarket, Taco Bell, McDonalds etc are all a very short drive away.

A fantastic house, a real home from home

We have stayed in several holiday homes in the past and had our fair share of disappointments but this house was fantastic. The standard of the furnishings was great and the house was equipped with everything we needed, we even had a cool box for trips to the beach! The owners were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful; they were able to point us in the right direction for cheap car hire. The house was spotless and our children loved the themed bedroom, when we got home they asked if we could decorate their room the same! The master bedroom is really romantic and so much nicer than a hotel room. We spoke to other guests around the pool and they couldn't believe how nice our house was. Regal Palms itself is a great spot for a family holiday, theme parks can be very tiring and it was great to have a lovely pool and a lovely house to come home to - we're already saving for our next trip.

Just wanted to let you know that everything, really everything was just perfect at your home!

Thank you very much for all!

Our kids loved the rooms! The elder one the Safari-Style and the younger one the Mickey Mouse Style! Especially the donkey! We were just glad that we didn't have to carry one like this back to Germany.... The tubes were perfect for the lazy river and even our 2 year old boy could use the slide at the pool side!

We had a fantastic time at staying at Aleta and Ray's lovely home; they have thought of everything and their attention to detail made all the difference. When we arrived it was obvious that the pictures on their advert were very recent, the house looked and felt brand new. Having all the everyday items provided meant we didn't need to shop for detergents etc., this saved us quite a bit of cash.They provided a really good information pack before we left for Florida and their management company were really helpful. The Sat Nav was invaluable, it was a TomTom just like our own so we got to grips with it really quick; we'd have got lost many times without it. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the WIFI in the house meant we could abreast of park opening hours etc. The house is just the right distance from the pool, we wouldn't want to stay right on top of the pool as it gets quite busy/noisy. All in all it was the best holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be booking with Aleta & Ray for 2010.

We didn't want to leave!

This was our first time in Orlando and so we were very nervous about hiring cars, buying tickets etc but Ray & Aleta couldn't have been more helpful. They were always happy to give us advice, point us in the right direction and saved us money too! The house is just fantastic. It is obviously well loved, really looked after and maintained. The pictures and description don't really do it justice, our children just loved the Animal Kingdom bedroom. The SatNav provided saved us loads of money in hire costs. There was everything we needed in the house including beach chairs, sunshade and cool boxes for the beach. There was even had a stash of tubes for us to use in the pool.

The resort is lovely and food and drink is reasonably priced. We could have stayed around the pool forever but with so many attractions to visit we had to pull ourselves away.

The local restaurants and takeaways are really good and very inexpensive. We also went to some restaurants on the 192 - Longhorn was great for steaks.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and Regal Palms to our friends.
