The apartment has been completely renovated, it is on the 4th floor with lift.

This apartment is composed by two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with two single beds), a living room with a single sofa bed and an extra fold-up bed, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a charming balcony from where you can see a bit of Piazza di Spagna (=Spanish Steps) and Piazza del Popolo.

The apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, satellite TV, a small stereo system (with a radio, cassette and CD player), free WIFI, microwave, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board.

The size of the apartment is roughly 90 square metres.

Right in the Thick of the Excitement

If you like to be in the thick of the high-end shopping district and busy streets, this is a great location. High-end clothing boutiques line Via Babuino, and all the major Italian clothing designer stores are around the corner. If you want peace and quiet though, look elsewhere.

The apartment is not as updated or modern as the other apartments we stayed in Italy. One of the bathroom toilet's didn't work too well, but with two bathrooms this wasn't a problem. The showers are tiny. But, it was spacious and affordable.

Enrico and the ItalyRents staff were helpful and made the check-in smooth and easy.

I would recommend this for those looking for an affordable place to stay in the thick of the action of Rome. But, if we return to Rome, we will look for a smaller and more updated apartment.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
