  - In the Bavarian school holidays have a reservation on a weekly basis from Sun - Sun possible.
  - The rental prices are for an occupancy of up to 4 people. For each additional person a surcharge of € 5.00 per night will be charged.
  - If you book only one night's rental for € 8.00 per person will be charged.
• 6 months before your stay is down payment of 60% is required. The registration is valid until you receive confirmation of receipt of payment from us.
