Avra - the fresh breeze that our house (built in 2009) has given the name and provides cooling on hot days. It is 60m from the quiet street with little traffic with great views of the surrounding valley. New 2 storey traditionally built villa with balcony, 3 terraces and a roof invites you to a cozy and relaxing holiday. We use this house myself and have been lovingly furnished to our taste. There is a bathroom with shower on each floor. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 have access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances. A fireplace for cozy evenings. All terraces are designed with natural stones, the great and has 160sqm of flowers umpflanzt, the second is our sun terrace with 40 sqm - secluded away from the street. Garden furniture is available and the property is 4500qm large.

The house is located on Mount Pelion, far away from tourism and is about 50km from the city of Volos Dist. It is up to the open Aegean Sea and the south-east side of the mountain. Notes

We teffen with you in the village Argalsti and show you the house. For electricity and water, no additional costs will be charged. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of € 50.

When a binding reservation we ask 50% of the amount due to be paid into our account. The balance must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival at our account.
We will meet in the vilage close to the house named Argalasti and will show you the house and environment close. For electricity and hot water we do not charge additionally. For the cleaning after you are leaving, we will charge you with 50 €.

To reserve the house for you we would like to have 50% of the rental upfront. The rest of the money is requested until latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.

The upper bathroom has a washing machine. There is hot water heated by a boiler of the water within 10 minutes of pleasant. An outdoor shower with cold water is on the back of the house, so you can shower there unseen. The shower consists of a head and a large waterfall acacia wood.

Of the two 'big' bedroom there is access to the covered balcony. A small table and chairs invite you to relax a on the balcony where you have a magnificent view over the green valley of Paltsi. In the hallway is a dresser with a drinks fridge for the night. You will also find bed linen and towels for showering. All mattresses are good quality and were purchased only 3 years ago. It is desirable that you bring your own beach towel. We have a CD with hiking trails, if you are interested. There are numerous ways to explore the area on foot. In addition, the tourist information center in Volos on current maps, normal maps can buy at any kiosk 'Periptero' for about 4 euros.
