Holiday house in a beautiful tranquil location

Location: Lucese. Location: The beautiful cottage is located in the heart of the Tuscan hills of Lucca area. It is peaceful and it is not far from the beaches of Versilia. The beach is about 25 minutes. The Rustico has a beautiful terrace and is surrounded by a large fenced area. Parking for several cars on the property. Telephone and central heating. Facilities: The living area is approximately 120 m² is distributed as follows: The ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, living room with fireplace and satellite TV. OG. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. In the 2nd Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
