This is a lovely secluded Villa and pool in a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential village of Son Vitamina. There is a good pub and restaurant within walking distance from the villa. There are also shops, restaurants and bars in the nearby village of San Climente (5 min drive). The nearest beach/resort is Cala'n Porter (5 min drive away). Car hire is essential. Menorca makes an ideal family or 'get-away' holiday. It is the quietest of the Balearic Islands, beautiful and very green as it is a protected Nature Reserve. It has the most beautiful, safest beaches on the Med. Our excellent, friendly management team live nearby and are available at all times. The villa is cleaned and fresh linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided weekly. There is a welcome pack provided on arrival with our compliments! 2004 - En-suite added. 2005 - Original bathroom conversion to a Shower Room. 2006 - Kitchen completely renewed. 2007- New tiled flooring throughout. Balustrades and extra lighting.

Menorca is a beautiful protected island, different to all the other Balearic islands - greener, quieter and not over built. Most people who discover it want to come back again and again! It also has the most picturesque safe beaches and is ideal for families. Plenty of large beach resorts (Playa's) with all the facilities or beautiful untouched coves for the more adventurous that can only be reached on foot. Something for everyone! Son Vitamina is a quiet residential village situated near the South East coast of the island, only a 10 minutes drive from Mahon airport and 10 minutes drive away from the lively resort of Cala 'n Porter. An ideal spot if you want the luxury of your own facilities in a lovely quiet setting but only a short drive away from all the razz-ma-tazz of a lively resort, restaurants and shops, or Capital City. Car hire is essential.

Notes: We have 6 deluxe sun lounger's and 2 standard sunbeds for use around the poolside. Patio table and chairs and three large sun umbrellas. Under the veranda there is the old rocking chair and sofa - great spot for your first tea/coffee and a quiet read! There are triple speed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge area to keep cool in the evenings. The linen is changed on a weekly basis. Satellite TV is provided all year.There is an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe to the main bedroom. A hairdryer is in the main bedroom. A washing machine is available, kept in the outside 'side store'. There is also an iron and ironing board in the main bedroom wardrobe. The front garden and pool area is completely fenced in for privacy, and the Oleander, and Hibiscus bushes in the front and side of the garden give colour all throughout the summer.
