Luxuriously fitted Pine lodge overlooking a grassed area where oyster catches swoop and play, restricted lake views from lounge dining area kitchen and balcony. The Master bedroom en-suite double bed flat screen TV. Twin bedroom flat screen T.V.& family bathroom . all beds are made for your arrival and personal towels are provided. Spacious lounge with a thick oatmeal carpet, wall hung flat screen TV with built in freeview, two, two seater leather sofas occasional tables. Dining area table and seating for six . Kitchen with full size built in oven& hob, microwave dishwasher, full size fridge & freezer. Plenty of crockery glasses cutlery and pans to suit the most discerning cooks

  • WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
    NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. Prices include gas electric We make the beds for your arrival and provide personal & kitchen towels.
    Basic starters provided e.g. tea coffee sugar milk condiments, soaps washing up liquids dishwasher tabs foils etc.
    PLEASE BRING LEISURE TOWELS. The leisure facilities & Gym are optional extras and a programme of your requirements can be made to suit at the pool.
    We do not wish to start deposit schemes we prefer to trust your appreciation of arriving to a beautiful & cared for lodge, that you would leave it in the condition you found it.
    While we understand that accidents or mishaps do happen, we ask that you take all steps to minimise any permanent damage and inform us of any breakages of defects at any time or when you hand back the key. Beds made for your arrival & personal towels are provided
  • Deposits WHICH ARE NON REFUNDABLE £50. for breaks up to £250
    £100 for breaks over £251
    Balance is required 4 weeks before arrival.
    Refunds less deposits are only available if manage to rebook your dates from 4weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re book any period not paid for in full from the 4 week period
    Holidays booked within the four week period are payable in full when booking.
    Invoices are issued on receipt of deposit giving the final payment date
    NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT

    N.B. Please note that payments made are not refundable and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to reimburse you for any unforeseen event including loss of amenities which we have no control over which gives you cause to cancel or curtail your booking
    LIABILITY Lakeland lodges do not accept any liability to any person or member of the holiday booking for any personal injury, sickness, loss or damage theft to personal property or money however sustained. We reserve the right to forthwith terminate any letting that the hirer or hires party cause any deliberate or negligent damage to the property being let. Or behaves in such a way as to cause nuisance to adjoining lodges. In such a case the hirer remains liable for the remaining let.

The lodge was great. Very clean with lovely crisp bedding and towels provided. Everything that was needed was there, just like home from home. There was a welcome pack at the lodge. Lots of information on activities in the area.Nothing was too much trouble from the owners. The welcome was warm and friendly. The restuarant on site had excellent food and reasonably priced. The lodge was in a good postion for exploring the surrounding towns.
Would definitely recommend it to friends and would return there. Excellent

Just a quick note to say a very big 'thank you' and share a few comments regarding our recent stay at the lodge. The 4 of us had a fabulous time from the offset; Betty was most welcoming and made us feel completely at home immediately. The lodge is beautiful inside; we didn't require any additional items - only food of course! The kids were most impressed with the wall-mounted TV's! The swimming pool, gym and restaurant as you said were approximately 90 seconds walk away! Most Impressive too. We're already looking at our diaries for the summer to get our reservations in with you quickly.
Well done - would highly recommend the experience.
