The apartment is on two floors and luxuriously furnished, with air-conditioning. The accommodation comprises two living rooms, fully fitted kitchen / diner and the option of one, two or three bedrooms with one, two or three bath / shower rooms. Guests have the use of heated outdoor swimming pool (to 80F / 28C May to September) , hot tub with gazebo, summerhouse with shower and beautiful gardens. No smoking in the apartment. Special arrangements for children of 10 and under. No pets. Personal supervision. Quality assured. Graded 5 star by the English Tourism Council.

  • The apartment can be rented with just two bedrooms or one bedroom with two or one bathrooms.
    Rental rates are lower. Two bedroom from £700 per week to £1000 per week depending on season and Option chosen. One bedroom from £475 per week to £900 per week depending on season and Option chosen.
  • 40% of rental is payable at the time of reservation and the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
    Reservations 6 weeks or less before arrival will require full payment.
    There is a £250 breakage deposit - returnable. (£400 if any of the occupants are 10 years of age or less)
  • Payment can be made by cheque, cash or credit / debit card . Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
