The detached property is delightfully rustic location with a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains opposite the 'finger' of the Peloponnese. The 2300 square meter property is mostly surrounded by olive groves. The shortest route to the sea is about 1.5 km. There you will find many different bays and beaches, which are partly also very suitable for small children.

The large sun terrace (90sqm) is equipped with a large barbecue. Shade a 42sqm large covered patio and pergola by the pool. From everywhere magnificent sunsets make for a nice dinner or a glass of wine.

In the center of the garden is 45 square meters large and 1 m-1, 60m deep pool.

The equipment of the house is lifted. Dishes, glasses, towels etc. are more than sufficient. Satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher are just as important as a large refrigerator with freezer compartment.

This comfortably furnished holiday house is beautiful above the olive trees. This fully furnished house has two bedrooms, a living / Essbreich with an open kitchen and a bathroom. It is suitable for up to six people. Another sleeping area for two people located in separate apartment with dining area, kitchen and bathroom (can be rented). From the large terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of the next finger of the Peloponnese. Enjoy the pool or as beautiful sunsets. Many beautiful beaches are within a few minutes. Experience the nearby Porto Heli, with its beautiful natural harbor, the many restaurants, taverns and bars. Kilada in the small fishing village, 5 km away from the house, there are excellent fish tavernas, a fish market and the Franthi caves. Other popular destinations: the islands of Hydra and Spetses, Epidaurus, Nafplion, Argos and Mycenae.
