MICKEYS YEAR OF A MILLION DREAMS, POOL, SPA, FREE WI-FI,

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks at this villa after considering staying at a resort hotel - thank goodness we decided to do so as it's so convenient to come back when you like and do what you like, eat when you choose, flop in the lovely pool after a hard day at the parks!
Rooms were really well decorated in nice cool tones helping to make the place feel so relaxing. Couldn't think of anything other than food provisions we had to buy - my sunglasses broke whilst I was on holiday and I even found a set of watchmakers screwdrivers that allowed me to fix them in a kitchen drawer.
Loads of space, no bathroom queues as there are 3 and my 2 boys loved having a big TV in their own room
It's a nice quiet area but handy for the local Publix supermarket, pizza restaurants, Applebees and close to Disney, whilst Universal is only 30 minutes away.
Janet was always prompt and helpful in her replies, property was exactly as described - only thing I would suggest is perhaps getting the management company (who were excellent) to provide some basic foodstuffs such as milk and bread as we arrived at 1:15 in the morning after a very long journey and we had to wait until breakfast before we could eat anything.
Would we return to Orlando - in a heartbeat!! Would we stay at Steamboat Villa again - absolutely!!!

We usually stay onsite at Disney but this villa was truly a dream come true for us.

Entry was simple with the codes (sometimes it would require 2 or 3 attempts) After a long and difficult travel day ,we arrived late at night. Entry lights were on , pool was warm and we were thrilled with the lovely villa. We swam until 2am ! Pool was larger than we expected.
Beds were comfortable . Normal wear and tear on house was minimal ,just enough that you weren't afraid to move in the place. Owners were great to deal with on booking and changes. Didn,t require services of management.

Very easy access to highways. Nice to be in area so close to the action but a quiet retreat at night.
Clothes dryer was very slow. Perhaps the vent pipe should be checked. We just used the clotheslines in the game area.
Door alarms for pool , great safety feature if you had younger guests.
As our e-readers and tablets were stolen in the airport, it was a pleasant surprise to find novels and childrens books at the villa. We are avid readers and appreciated the thought.
We attended a nice Baptist church , just behind Publix on Rt 27. (Cornerstone). About 5min. north on 27 and left at lights .
We hared to leave this lovely spot and are already saving for next year. Definitely will be back

Well where do we start.
We were luck to spend nearly 5 weeks at this amazing villa.
First impressions the house, its size, its set up were that we had made the right choice and this didnt change when we left.

will we go back to Florida - Yes.... Will we stop in this Villa - o Yes

The Pool is a great size and my 2 boys (6 and 8) totally loved it.

We arrived at the end of July and left August 30th 2011 and the sun was up from 0730 on pool until around 1800 to 1830 which is excellent. The water was warm, the chairs ample and there were loads of inflatables to be used.

The location is Davenport (junction 55 on the I4). The house is 5 minutes from this Junction and 15 to 20 minutes from all Disney parks, about 30 minutes to sea world parks and 35 minutes to Universal parks. These times are max times as we did some quicker , it just depends on trafic.

The area is nice and quiet, and within 5 minutes you have loads of eating houses and a very large wall mart as well as several fuel/petrol stations.

I can honestly say i dont think you would find a more suitable house in a more suitable location than this 1. All you need is here and it was worth every single penny we spent.

The play room was geat too and my boys spent many a happy hour playing in there.

The bedrooms are a great size especially the master room, The bathrooms (all 3) are clean and sizeable.

The kitchen has everything you could ask for although we ate out most days so didnt take full advantage really.

The washing machine was easy to use and hanged out clothes on 3 long clothes lines in the play room.

Both living rooms are large and very relaxing.

To anyone looking at a rental home then we highly recommend this house, i really cant think of anything negative to say.

We can't wait to go back again in 2014 (hopefully)
