The home has been comfortably furnished for your vacation, boasting a huge south facing pool and spa, along with a games room for your entertainment. The home has a master suite with a large en-suite bathroom. The double room has direct access to a shower room with hand basin and toilet, this shower room is also accessed from the pool area. The two twin rooms have single beds and have access to a central bathroom with shower over bathtub. The family entertainment area has TV/PS2 and audio system. The kitchen is fully equipped and is central in the house for easy access to both lounge areas and is near the formal dining area which seats 6 and the family breakfast bar and table seating 4. The main lounge has cable TV/DVD/video library with direct access to the pool area which has sun loungers, table, chairs and a gas BBQ.

Lovely house, ideal location, it did genuinely only take 15 to 20 mins to the Disney Parks. House had a good layout, ideal for 2 families sharing and there were plenty of facilities provided for babies / toddlers. The pool area was good with plenty of sunshine all day long - the pool was 6ft at it's deepest (important information for non swimmers like me! but the kids loved it). Some of the equipment provided was a little well used and tired, though on saying that when the iron packed up the managing agent was straight round with a replacement. Nice touch to leave a sat nav though, found it very useful.

Fine vacation Home

We rent the house for 8 days and was visiting some of all the parks in Orlando.
We are a family og 2 adult and 3 child - they love the pool and the game room.
We also was on NASA and drive to Tampa on of the days.

Davenport are outside the Orlando, but still very close to everyting. Both the west and east side of Florida.
If you should do some shopping we can reccomend Orlando Premium Outlet.
Owner's Response: So glad our guests had a fun filled 8 days exploring Florida and found our villa suitably situated to visit the theme parks and other attractions.

New Owners!!

I stayed in this villa soon after it had been taken over by new owners who have freshened up the villa and have put a very helpful local management company in place.

The pool area and games room are fantastic as is the large master bedroom and it's equally impressive ensuite bathroom. All other rooms were clean and fresh and all bed linens appeared new.

This is a comfortable villa for relaxing in and it's location close to the I4 and 192 make it ideal for visiting the disney parks. We also played several rounds of golf and with several courses within less than a 10 minute drive there was plenty of choice.

This villa was about 20 mins from the Disney gates with good links to both the 192 and the interstate 4. It is situated in a quiet mostly residential estate.
On arrival at the villa I was a bit dissapointed by the overall cleanliness. The kitchen and bathrooms were cean but all of the venetian blinds were filthy and most of the blinds were in poor order. Some of the carpets had not been hoovered properly and there were lots of dead insects behind beds & furniture in the bedrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were nice but all of the other bedrooms were in need of painting to freshen them and some of the bedding was past its best.
There is no management company or any point of contact in Florida, we had to contact the owner in the UK for any enquiries or problems using the villa telephone, however it didn't work so we had to use our mobile. On arrival I contacted the owner to advise that the telephone didn't work and neither did the internet, nothing was done during our 3 week stay to rectify either of these problems! We also contacted the owner to find out how the jacuzzi worked as there were no instructions in the villa manual (there was very little info in it). We later found out from the pool cleaner that it wasn't working and hadn't been for some time! Despite this, the pool area was good and my kids had lots of fun in it.
Overall this villa has the potential to be a great one but is in need of some TLC!
I would not recommend this villa to a friend.
