The residence is located above Riva Englovacanze in a quiet yet central location. The old town with shops and restaurants is about 200 meters. The marina can be reached in approximately 1 km and the nearest beach is approximately 1 km. The well-kept park, with its 6500 sqm of land with olive grove offers several outdoor seating and sun loungers for sharing. We also provide an indoor swimming pool (8 x 6 m, not heated), lounge, lift, breakfast room, storage room for bicycles and surfboards, sauna, bar and reception. Parking is available on the property.
