Beautiful villa in the vineyards and olive groves covered hills that form a natural border between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. The panoramic location of the house offers a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno and the hills of Cortona. Ground floor: The house has two entrances (one on the front, the other on the back) complete and two equipped kitchenettes and is therefore also ideal for two couples who spend their vacations together, but want to retain a degree of autonomy. Through the front porch leads into the living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. About the panoramic terrace at the rear, equipped for outdoor dining, a spacious dining room can be reached with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Villa with views of Lake Trasimeno Cedrino Casa is a beautiful villa in the vineyards and Olvenhainen covered hills that form a natural border between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. The panoramic location of the house offers a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno and the hills of Cortona. In the large park with large Seepinien, cypresses, pines and a centuries-old cibron there is a barbecue, table tennis and children's swings. In a sunny area of ??the park was always an inviting pool (6 × 12 m, depth 1.40 m) created with chairs and umbrellas. A few meters away from the house passes a secondary road that leads into the small town Petrignano.
