Notes: The very appealing, welcoming and sun-filled living room has French windows so you can step out onto a small balcony with your coffee in the morning, or glass of wine a little later in the day, and take in the charming view up and down this quiet Old Town street. It is a pleasure to observe the local Nicoises going about their daily lives in their customary relaxed way. The dining table has plenty of room for 4 to sit around comfortably. There is a CD/tape player/radio, DVD player and a television if you should ever have time to watch it. You can bring your own favourite CDs or DVDs. There is an extremely useful and spacious walk-in cupboard/wardrobe/storeroom. The “kitchen Americaine” is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-ring hob, microwave, cafetiere, electric kettle and toaster, and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The all-new fitted shower room also has a wash basin, vanitory unit and toilet. A hair dryer is provided. The apartment has central heating.
