Powder Ridge is in one of the best locations in Breckenridge!! From the distance to town, to the shuttle stop right outside your door, this is a great location at a great price! Once you walk in to your new home away from home, you will realize that you made the right decision booking Powder Ridge! From the fully stocked kitchen and spacious open floor plan and cozy living room, to the 3 separate bedrooms and spacious loft which is great for the kids, you will have no regrets about renting this beautiful vacation home in our beautiful mountain town!
The main floor has the living room and kitchen with dining bar, the master bedroom with private bathroom, and the second bedroom and bath. The living room has high ceilings that allow you to look up to the loft, an equally tall stone fireplace with cozy furniture including the queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player, plenty of natural light and a quaint balcony for hanging out or having a quick lunch! The master bedroom is outfitted with a large king size bed and private bath, while the second bathroom has a queen bed and the second bathroom.
Heading upstairs, you will find the loft area which is perfect for the kids, but also equally spacious for adults as well. The loft has the second TV and a VCR player for you movie buffs, a twin bed with trundle to sleep 2 comfortably. You can pull the trundle out and away to sleep 2 of the gang in separate twin beds, or keep them together to create a king size bed! The loft also has a queen sleeper sofa of its own to sleep even more. There is also another bedroom on this level with queen bed and the third bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub to soothe those sore muscles!
