The property is part of a private villa in a very relaxing surrounding. It is made of a ground floor 2- bedroom apartment with a private South-facing terrace and its stunning view of the hills of Nice and the Mediterranean sea straight ahead of you. Swimming pool and large garden area to share with owners. The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 and has a large living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player. Air conditioning unit in the living room.

The property is located in the hills 20kms north of Nice, at an altitude of 600m, near the Col de Chateauneuf Villevieille. We have a view of the Mediterranean Sea straight ahead of us. The nearest shops are in the village of Tourrette-Levens, only 5 kms away. There you will find a Spar, bakery, pharmacy, bank, doctor surgery.

Great pool and charming owners

The studio appartment was very clean and well equipped with all we needed. The swimming pool was superb surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden and we had exclusive use during our stay. The owners were a charming couple and made us feel very welcome. We would recommend the accommodation and location without hesitation.
