A lovely modern well furnished south facing villa in the exclusive quiet (Cometa111) residential area of Calpe. The ground floor comprises of entrance hall off which is 1 double bedroom & a twin bedded room. The walk in shower room is opposite and there is also another separate WC/cloakroom. There is a large lounge with double doors which open into the naya/conservatory which is also used as the dining area. The recently fitted well equipped kitchen is accessed off the lounge. Double doors from the naya lead down the steps to the magnificent 9m x 4m private pool, Summer House with shower, BBQ area & landscaped garden. The 1st floor can be accessed by a door leading from the naya via an internal staircase. This door can be locked making it self-contained & then only accessible via its own external entrance which comprises of a covered balcony with spectacular views, a lounge with sofa bed TV and a small kitchen and a double bedded room with its own en-suite shower room.

Calpe boasts 2 superb blue flag beaches which offer extensive water sports/facilities in high season. These are divided by the Penon de Ifach rock which dominates the coastline towering at 322 meters. The rock is now a protected national park & you can walk to the peak up a zigzagging path and look down. On one side you have the working fishing harbour & marina which is famous for its choice of fish restaurants. Calpe old town is beginning to attract more & more visitors with its museum, picturesque narrow streets, shops, bars & restaurants with lively terraces will also tempt the visitor on pleasant summer evenings. Along the picturesque coast road heading north with its abundance of bars & restaurants you come to Moraira with its lovely marina and then on to Javea & Denia (where you can catch the ferry to Ibiza). Approx 25 mins drive south will take you to Benidorm home of Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park & Mundomar zoo,as well as a number of bars & nightclubs

  • Please note we also accept payment in Euros
    The prices quoted above are per week for the complete 3 bedroomed villa for a maximum of 6 occupants. There will be an additional charge of £40 pp for the extra 1 or 2 people if more than 6 occupants. Max 8 occupants. (So if 8 people in party there's an additional £40 x 2 = £80 on the rental rate)
    Out of peak /high season/school hols we will consider renting out the round floor only as a 2 bedroomed villa at cheaper rates please contact us for prices. Changeover day is generally Saturdays but out of peak season we may be flexible on this. Occupation is from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival - 10.00am prompt on day of departure to allow us to prepare it for next arrivals. We regret we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups. Bed linen & towels are included. If you require them changing during your stay if you let us know beforehand this can be arranged at approx £9.99 per person per change. (Please bring your own towels
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking, with the final balance, together with a refundable security/damage waiver deposit of £200, payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Full payment & security deposit is required at time of booking if rental date is within 8 weeks.All rentals include gas, electricity & water (except long term & winter lets). From November to April the electricity and gas usage is chargeable extra and the metered usage will be deducted from the refundable £200 security deposit. Air conditioning is included July & August.

Casa Chloe is set in 875sq meters of well maintained gardens & trees providing some shade from the day long sun while leaving plenty of room around the 9m x 4m pool & terraces for sunbathing .Ample sunbeds, tables & chairs are provided There is a separate BBQ area & sink by the pool with outside lighting to create the perfect spot to sit & enjoy the summer evenings. The outdoor pool shower is located in the summer House which also has a bar/dining facilities.Smokers are required to smoke outside & not in the villa.

Entertainment: Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe. For the young at heart there is the Disney style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm. Terra Natura, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. Visit Waterfalls of Bolullla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palance and the Casino Mediterraneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed. Worth taking a drive to are the vineyards and bodegas of the Jalon Valley where you will get some fantastic wine bargains. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea, Denia and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains.

Golf & Tennis Information: Golf:- There are 8 excellent courses in a radius of half an hour from the villa & many more in an 1 hour radius. There is a selection of both 9 & 18 hole courses nearby ranging from the wide fairways of Javea to the narrow fairways of Benissa Ifach to the natural relief of Altea Don Cayo. Further afield you have the challenging championship courses at the Nicklaus designed course at Real de Faula Benidorm, the Olazabal designed La Sella course between Javea and Denia, and the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova.. Tennis:-Families are well catered for with tennis at the local Club Tennis in Calpe (clay courts 3 mins drive away with English speaking tuition)

We stayed at Casa Chloe for 10 days and what a fab holiday it was. The villas is everything it says in the writeups and more. Very homely with everything you could possible wish to have, even down to plastic beakers for the pool area. The summerhouse was great and the bar area was used quiet alot. The villa was very clean and well looked after. Sue and Nick were excellent in their detail of the villa and also in communicating with. The location is great with fab views of Calpe and the Penon. We vwould recommend restuarants - Los Dos Canones and El Santo in the old town, Bar Calpe excellent for tapas. Restuarant Lonja in the port very good for seafood. Arenal Bar at the bottom of Gabriel Miro great for coffee and brandies and watching the world go by. All in all a wonderful holiday and a equally great villa.

We were the guinea pigs in May 2007 and found the villa lovely almost perfect we went again in June 2009 and the improvements done by Sue & Nick made the villa perfect. The information provide was excellent the position of the villa could not be better if you want peace & quiet you can have it otherwise a short drive to gain access to attractions & activities. Within 10 miles either side of the villa you were in touch with beautiful coastal villages & larger towns ie Benidorm, Alicante & Valencia. Altea & Javea we found lovely with some great restaraunts. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends,and are hoping to go again very soon. We did not want to come home.

The villa was lovely and the photos really capture the superb facilities on offer in this excellent villa. The villa is in a quiet area with attractive views over Calpe and to the sea.
One evening we enjoyed a BBQ using the facilities by the pool and sat out under the stars.
There are numerous restaurants within easy driving distance and the nearby seaside resorts are well worth exploring.
We would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

We have had a wonderful holiday in your super villa- it was more than we expected, just perfect, the view, pool and privacy was great. Location again just perfect for relaxing without the hussle of town traffic but close enough to drive into Calpe town within 3 mins.
The villa itself was very clean, well decorated and maintained gardens.Views were fantastic looking down over Calpe Rock.A truely great villa with a very very reasonable price.I certainly recommend this villa to all.Looking forward to going back in June this year for the 3rd time!!!!!!!!!
