Just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Emerald Coast, every inch is creatively utilized in this non-smoking, whimsical beach home. The inverted floor plan has both bedrooms on the main floor (each with full private bath) and a large attached screened porch to enjoy every moment of Carillon Beach. The master offers a queen bed while the guest bedroom has three twins. Upstairs, you will enjoy the beachy blues and greens of the living room and fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen. The living room offers one of three HDTV televisions, a CD/DVD player, games, books, and everything to make your beach stay memorable. Ocean views, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining can be enjoyed from the oversized 2nd level sun deck off of the living room. Bikini Bottoms has also features a secluded garden and over 600 sqft of deck space for enjoyable outdoor living.
Bikini Bottoms is in a prime location less than 23 steps from almost one mile of sugar white sand at Carillon Beach. No need to tolerate the Seaside or Rosemary traffic or cross 30A to get to the beach when you have all of the privacy and security of Carillon with the conveniences of a vibrant resort gated community.
Carillon, located just beyond the east end of 30-A, is a gated community of single-family homes located within steps of Carillon Beach, Downtown Carillon (shops and restaurants), Lake Powell and bicycle paths that will take you along the adorable beach communities of Rosemary, Seaside, and Seagrove, and several state parks. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon; including three pools (one heated, one gulf front Beach Club), two tennis courts, kiddie pool, basketball/sport court, bicycle rental and, of course, plenty of beach front to enjoy. Enjoy live music Downtown at 'Grooving on the Green' during summer, or listen to the music of the Gulf right on your own porch. Beach chair service is included (March 1- October 15) for your pleasure which includes two chaise lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella.
