If the quiet life is for you, then Protaras & Paralimni are approx 10 – 15 minutes away by car. Larnaca is 25 minutes drive. Suitable for families and couples. Restaurants are close by but far enough away to give you the tranquility you require.

How are you? We're back in cold london again. Had an amazing holiday in cyprus we all enjoyed it and definetely want to go back soon! loved our stay at the villa couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in ayia napa, the location, the people and the villa itself all made our holiday what it was. Thanks also for checking up on us on the first few days when the water was down, realy appreciated it, and after that was solved we had a great stay. Hope we didnt leave too much of a mess when we left.

Just a quick note to say a very big thank you for the wonderful time we had in your villa. Excellent villa, clean and lovely pool. We could see the sea from the verandah in the distance, beautiful beaches about 2km away, perfect for our teenagers who took 4 minute cab into nightlife and perfect for us to relax. Thank you for making our stay fantastic and we will be booking again next year.
