Only 100 feet from the pool, this beach side town home has a large, specious, nicely decorated two bedroom two bath townhome with a sleeping loft. Master bedroom is upstairs for privacy. It has a king size bed and large walk in closet and bath. The second bedroom is located on the main level and has two twin beds and an attached bath. Both bedroom are large well furnished and well maintained. The loft area upstairs has two twin beds and a large walk in closet/dressing area. It is perfect for small children or teenagers. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes or the whole area can be ignored while you enjoy your vacation.
A patio overlooking scenic horseshoe lake is located in the rear of the unit. A table, chairs and umbrella are provided for your enjoyment and come in especially handy for morning coffee or just relaxing in the afternoon after a long day at the beach or fishing. As an added bonus for your enjoyment we have five bicycles and various beach toys for your use. We only ask that you return them to the storage closet when you leave. Out the front of the unit is the swimming pool. The pool is very close and is heated during the late fall and winter months for the adventurous.
Overall the unit is very spacious (1,600 sq. ft.), well furnished, clean and comfortable.

My wife, Catherine, and I met at, of all places, Spinnakers in Panama City in 1979 while I was at the University of Arkansas and she was at Jacksonville State in Alabama. After a couple of years of long distance dating and high phone bills I moved to the Atlanta area (Smyrna) where we were married in 1982 and still reside. We have two children. A son Charles and daughter Nikki. We all enjoy the Sandestin community and the access to all that is there. Catherine and I were already familiar with the Sandestin community before we purchased our property. We had previously owned a property in Seascape a mile or so west and had visited friends and family for several years prior to our purchase. When we finally decided to purchase, we call Sandestin real estate. Brad Smith, our agent, faxed us a listing of properties meeting our description, we flew to Destin and, after viewing the first property, made an offer to purchase. The offer was accepted and we have never regretted the purchase.
The Sandestin community offers so much to do and see that we seldom have to leave the complex. One added benefit is accessibility of everything by golf cart. We simply pack what we need in the cart and go everywhere including the grocery store. It is so simple and relaxed to just cruise the resort at a slower pace. It always makes me feel like I'm on vacation, which I am.
Biking (4 adult bikes are provided), Beach Buming (several chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas are located in the storage closet for your use.
