A beautifully appointed (3 STAR registered) first floor (top floor) apartment consisting of one double bedroom (king size), sitting room + kitchenette, bathroom, with mezzanine floor (2 full size single beds upstairs), sleeps 4+1 (sofa bed may be used if needed plus all extras/requirements may be arranged...), terrace (balcony), air-con, satelite TV + DVD + CD + HI-FI, entryphone, with beautiful sea view /overlooking Adriatic (vineyard at the back!), allocated parking place for two cars, and set only 150 yards from the beach, nice and very quiet area...not many buildings around yet it takes only 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the old town and restaurants, bars, shops etc...

Medulin:
Medulin enjoys an exceptional micro-climate with an average of about 2,500 hours of sunshine a year and is blessed with lovely scenery. Numerous islands (sailing paradise), trekking, cycling and horse riding routes, lovely active marina/fishing port, restaurants, fisherman's evenings (local traditional summer festivals)... and a lot more! Not to mention its Medulin Old Town. There are numerous top-quality sports and recreational facilities around Medulin which are regularly used by many European top sporting names. Medulin is only 25 min from Pula (international airport). The population of Pula is just about 80,000, making it the largest city in Istria. It is home to one of the most famous sights in whole Croatia: well preserved Roman amphitheater. Built during the 1st century AD, the three-story amphitheater is the sixth largest in the world. In the summer it stages the Pula Opera Festival and Pula International Film Festival and it also hosts other events throughout the year.
Istria:
Istria is the westernmost county of the republic of Croatia and the largest Croatian peninsula, well renowned for its beautiful seaside and equally colorful green hills, and the one which has always managed to captivate the human imagination.
The cultures that have succeeded one another have left traces of past times, from which the curious traveller of today can perceive only the outlines and ancient Greeks were so struck by its sheer magic that they proclaimed Istria as a special, mythical country before Roman finally conquered it. This legacy of an exceptionally rich cultural and artistic spirit of past times is found in nearly every artifact and architectural work. In Istria, the past is celebrated.
