Welcome to Ocean City's most popular vacation area. Located at the corner of 11th & Wesley Avenue (Near the Historic Flanders Hotel), the property is just steps to the life guarded beach (Memorial Day to Labor Day), the boardwalk, shops & amusements and the downtown shopping district. This large, luxurious, first floor, smoke-free condominium is the place to be for all your vacation activities.

The unit has every amenity; with 4 TVs, including 2 VCR's, a DVD home theater and an automatic gas fireplace. Free High Speed Wireless Internet is also included.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker and all the other conveniences a gourmet chef could want.

The Master suite, which includes a private bath, features King size Tommy Bahama bedroom furnishings. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and wall mounted 'flat panel' TV. The 3rd bedroom comes with twin beds for the kids, and the 4th bedroom features a 'bunked' double/twin. Each bedroom has lots of closet space. Also included is a private outdoor hot water shower.

Tons of sunshine with the right amount of shade are found on the front and rear porches that are perfect for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing with a good book. These are just some of the features that await you at this great vacation home at the Jersey shore.

Ocean City, NJ is one of the premier vacation spots in the country. Beautiful beaches, a great board walk and a real family atmosphere make this a great place to visit.

What makes this house unique

We love to use the property in the off-season or whenever it isn't rented (which isn't often). Being able to escape to the Jersey shore, to walk on the beach and boardwalk, play with the grand kids, visit Atlantic City or just enjoy a lazy afternoon reading is one of the best ways that we have found to relax and recharge from life’s daily challenges.

No Need to Worry

My family and I spent spring break here and it couldn't have been better. It is hard to believe as close to the beach and boardwalk as it is, that there is no damage to the property at all. In fact, most of the homes on the street were untouched by Sandy.
This house was clean, beautifully decorated, and plenty spacious enough. Although we were there in the off season, the parking behind the house will be a good option in the high season. For us, it made unloading much easier when we arrived.
The house is in a perfect location. Every thing is within walking distance.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful house and GREAT location!

Our stay on Wesley could not have been better. We were very pleased with the home itself. The rooms were all very generous in size, and the living areas accommodated our party well. If we would have had a packed house of 11 it may have been tighter, but since we spend our time at the beach and boardwalk I don't know that it would have been a problem. The location to the beach could not have been better! The availability of parking spots was fantastic too! Thank you for a great stay! We are already trying to find a week for 2013 to stay.

We have 4 children and our stay was wonderful! I have two crawling babies and I was impressed with how clean the whole house was! Highly recommend this property!
