Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service: Full maid service upon request at cost.

  • 20% deposit required on booking. Deposit refundable if canceled 4 weeks before arrival. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure via Wire Transfer.
    We always ask for a breakages deposit of 200 euros.
    This deposit will be returned at the end, if the apartment is in good condition. Maid service available for additional cost, lease enquire.
    Easter and Christmas (3 day min).
    Up to a 20% discount available.
