Old Fountain Villas are three new private luxury villas situated on 7.000sq m of quiet countryside. Each villa has its own private pool, full service amenities, parking, barbeque, and outdoor recreational area. All three villas offer spectacular views of the sea, the White Mountains and endless fields of orange and olive trees. To ensure complete privacy, each villa is surrounded by naturally crafted stone walls and various kinds of flowers, aromatic herbs, olive trees, lemon trees and apricot trees. To learn more about where the villas are situated on the grounds please look at our aerial pictures. Each villa offers natural surroundings for you and your family to relax and have fun. Mike and Helen, the owners, who speak Greek and English, live nearby and are there to help and give any advice you may need.

Details for Dimitri 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10, 3 Bathrooms

The four-bedroom villa has 200 sq.m of comfortable living space spread across two floors. An indoor wooden staircase connects the two floors. This villa contains a very large living room and full service kitchen. All three bathrooms include showers, with the larger bathroom having a bath with jacuzzi and washing machine. The villas has 45 sq.m of outdoor balcony space, with extraordinary views of the sea, the White Mountains and the valley of Palia Vrisi. The outdoor area includes; a private pool, shower and stone barbeque. This villa is fully furnished with a custom-made dining table, chairs and entertainment center. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove, dishwater and refrigerator. It is equipped with full TV satellite service and complete Internet access. All windows and doors, including slide doors, contain screens. Each room contains an air-conditioner.

We have spent a wonderfull week here at Villa Dimitios! The kids loved the pool and the toys and we have the chance to relax and just spend time together.Lovely!

A Good Holiday

We've had a great week in this lovely place.After a wet and miserable summer so far in England,the sun and the warmth of Crete has been just great.
We have spent a lot of time lazing around-by the pool,in the pool and on the balcony-reading watching the Eagles and enloying a little evening Raki ( thank you Helen)
Other highlights have been....wandering round Chania,a boat trip and snorkelling and a fab taverna in the mountains on the way to Elafonisi..but I can't remember the name of the village,look out on your left on a wooden,shaded platform and the taverna is on the right.It is owned and run by a charming young man who does all th cooking and was very friendly.His food was fab too.
It has been lovely to slow the pace a bit,sit and relax and not worry about all the things that need to be done back home.

Lovely Family gathering.

Lovely house,lovely view,Mike and Helen friendly people we love it.
We have been three generations celebrating Annette's 60th birthday.We have all really enjoyed the breathtaking views,and spent hours at the pool cooling us when it was too hot.
We will miss the local baker,the butcher,and the supermarket in Galatas,were we got the fantastic local ingridients for all our meals.
A special thanks to you Helen for your help with Annette's lost suitcase,for the ovive oil,the fruits the wine and the fantastic cookies.
It made us feel very welcome.
