Villa Topaz is top!

On the site Villa Topaz looks good, in real it is the best! The villa is surrounded by rice fields, has a beautiful main bedroom and also the other bedrooms are very well furnitured. The bathrooms are fantastic and the house is very well maintained and clean. You cannot imagine how friendly the staff will be during your stay. Agung can arrange everything, from transport to Ubud to rafting and elephant ride, real fun! He is a very good cook and will prepare each lunch and dinner if you want to. We did, because we preferred his cooking above the restaurant food in Ubud. And it is really lovely to sit in the dining/living room!
Wayan and Joe take care of the house and swimming pool and they are very kind as well. At night there is a guard to look after the house and we really felt very safe. Also the laundry service was great. To Ubud it will take about 20 min. by car and it is a nice place to visit. We would advise you to do the elephant ride and/or the rafting, it is quite expensive but really worth the money.

wonderful place for an unforgettable stay in Bali

The place is nice, clean, spacefull, quiet and so beautifull! The staff is friendly and efficient. The cooker is a real chef and every meal was delicious. The rooms are great, nice and very big, you have dressing, toilet and bathroom with every bedroom. And you have also an outside bathroom. We would say that Topaz villa is better than the description. We advise to take a driver because it's a bit far from center of Ubud. (about 20 mn). Everything you want, you can ask to the villa staff, they will manage! You can ask them good things to do and they will organize it. (They organized an elephant tour and massages at home for us and our 9 and 7 years old daughters). If you have young children, it's no problem because one nice girl of the staff can make babysitting for you. Just be careful to the swimming-pool so that the young children don't fall in it. (there is no gate). We dont recommand to put your clothes to the loundry because it's a bit expensive and our white T-shirts became grey! Anyway, Topaz is the best place to stay if you want calm, beauty and nice people.
