JUST LET THE MAGIC WORK

We stayed here for the week 25/9/08 - 02/10/08 and had the most relaxing time.
The property description is accurate and the property was easy to find (approach road to property is somewhat steep - but short) the owner is very approachable and helpful and the breakfast fixings and wine on arrival are a really nice touch.
Although the property maybe showing it's age a little the location more than makes up for this. The property is secluded and has wonderful views of the ocean and the Olympic mountains in the distance. Trails lead away from the property to small rocky beaches and a headland with a fire pit where we experienced the most amazing sunsets
French Beach is only 5 mins walk away and the small but good for swimming Flea Beach is just a few mins more.
We saw plenty of wildlife sea lions, otters, fish eagles, Bears ( on the road to Port Renfrew) and Racoons.
Sooke has everything you need and the Point No Point restaurant has EXCELLENT food at very reasonalbe prices.
If you are looking for a place to relax and be close to nature while enjoying a good standard of comfort look no further than this property.....we hope you find the peace and rejuvination there that we did.
