Alexander House is a beautiful villa situated on a hillside. It is set on two terraces and is surrounded by mature gardens with fabulous sea views from both the upstairs balcony and the downstairs terrace. The swimming pool(5m) is located on the higher terrace to the side of the house and enjoys views over the bay below and the islands beyond. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the sea. The upstairs part of the villa has a small well equipped kitchen, a small living room , shower room & one twin bedroom (cot available). The downstairs has another small kitchen onto an open plan living area, two large twin rooms & two shower rooms. It also has a small bunk room. The local fishing village of Perdika has a bakery, a comprehensive supermarket and fantastic seafront tavernas which overlook the fishing boats and sailing boat flotillas. The port of Aegina is just a 15 minute drive away and offers all the charm of traditional Island life alongside Athenian sophistication.

The upstairs apartment at Alexander House has two twin bedrooms with a shower room, small kitchen and small living room. It has a huge balcony set around the entire apartment with a fabulous 180 degrees sea view. The Downstairs apartment has two large twin bedrooms with a large family bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate kitchen. Both bedrooms have shuttered doors opening on the the terrace which has the same fabulous sea view as the upstairs apartment. Both apartments have ceiling fans in all bedrooms

Aeginitissa is situated on the south west coast of the Island of Aegina, approximately 4 miles from Aegina Town which is a busy port with frequent ferry and hydrofoil services to and from Pireaus, the main port of Athens. Athens airport has frequent bus services direct to Pireaus (1 hour 10 minutes approx.) and then follows a 35minute hydrofoil journey to the Island (or 1 hour 20min by ferry).
