Fortaleza Lovely vacation house with shared pool,terrace, close to beach and golf.

Our family spent a wonderful holiday-week in this very nice holiday apartment near city of Fortaleza. The location near sea and beautiful, peaceful beach was absolutely wonderful - only about 5 min. walk from the house. February was obviously not the high holiday season, so we enjoyed sometimes of being the only ones on the beach. The beach was so beautiful, safe and tidy and ideal place for jogging early in the mornings.
The house was big enough even for two families (we were altogether 5 persons) and very well-equipped. Surroundings were clean and the swimmingpool also big enough. There were some smaller shops and restaurants in walking distance, but renting a car gave a good possibility to visit the city of Fortaleza and also many other interesting places.
Altogether very safe, tidy and recommended place for families to spent a holiday in sun and warm (even at night time + 18 C).

This house is perfect for a family with kids or more then one family. The place is very beautiful. The pool is really big and the condominium is very silent, very, very clean and quite nice. The area very safe, the neighbors are very friendly and helpfull. We have bought the food in bigger supermarkets and eated a selfmade breakfast, sometimes lunch and dinner/barbeque with excellend fish and beaf.
The beach park and the next supermarket are very close. to shop food and non food articles. We had rent a car for 10 days and we've been visited 3times Fortaleza city. The distance to Moro Branco, Paracuru and Pecèm beach need about 1 hour. The beaches are very nice.
The next restaurant on the hill are very close withhin walking distance.

We are two families with a 20month young girl - She enjoyed the vaccation in that house. We can absolutly recommend this property. The landlady are very very friendly, heartly and obliging. The support for the house, the transport between airport and the house is very well. If you have any question you can contact the supporter in fortaleza.

Conclusion: We are a travel family - we'he been visited a lot of countrys all over the world. This beach holiday in the leisure residence was one of the most relaxing and comfortable holiday.

This is a rare find for my family for our Xmas vacation every year. The house owned by Mrs. Solfrid is excellent. Upon arrival, the house needed some extra cleaning because of the dusty roads in the Porto das Dunas. Other than that the rest is as described. The closeness to Latin America´s largest water part, Beach Park, is a walking distance of about 5 minutes. You can´t ask for anything closer other than staying at the resort. Although it´s far from city of Fortaleza, renting a car and getting used to the local traffic gets some used to.
I would recommend this house to others seeking some peace and quiet time and, of course, sunshine and warm weather!
Will definetely come back to this property in my next Xmas.
