Urgent need of cleaning!

Our first impressions were good. We stayed at the 3 bedroos unit. The owner was very friendly and the flat looked fine at 5 am. The size of the flat is great, and does have a lovely sea view.
Unfortunately, as the day dawned on us, we started to realized that the flat had not been properly cleaned for the past decade. the worst offender was the kitchen, which was completely covered in grease and animal droppings... the toilets are far too old to be still in corculation, with dirt that is almost impossible to shift. We were unable to cook or even use the kitchen for meals, as it smelt of sewage and gas!!! There was also a collection od dead cookraches next to the cooker, on a pest trap kind of paper. Also, many items left by past guests have been left on show, which gives a creepy feeling to the flat.
The bedrooms are of a good size and have been renovated this side on the century but everything else need to be modernised. Until then not recommended!!! We were forced to move to a hotel, because it is a sanitary danger to people. :C
Owner's Response: Our apartment is always very clean and tidy. The kitchen and the toilets were propery cleaned with all the necesary liquids and disinfectants. In the apartment there are almost 50 drawers and only two of them had some dust inside.
In our apartment there are no cookraches or any other insects. On the 20 of July the area had been spraied and some insects trying to escape appeared in all the apartments of the complex . This is happening twice a year or even less.
The price was very very cheap and we offered a free pick up from the airport.
Even though nobody complained about anything to us the reviewer moved in the middle of their staying without warning.
