***Steps to the Beach***
The Seaview Beach House is located one house from the beach. There is a crosswalk and pedestrian beach ramp in front of the house. Your feet will be on the sand moments after stepping off the porch. This 2,400 sq. ft., three-bedroom and two-bath beach house has a private master suite with a king size bed upstairs. On the main level you will find two bedrooms (Queen and Twin/Twin), a bathroom, living room, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room and billiard room. You'll find the billiard room will be the central gathering place for your family and friends - complete with a pool table, television, dvd player, library of books and dvds, and children's toys. There is a sleeper sofa and rollaway bed in the billiard room for additional sleeping accommodations.
Sit outside to enjoy the ocean breeze while grilling on the gas grill. A one car garage is used to store lots of beach gear and motorcycles during special events. There is a grassy back yard for the kids to play.
We are just 1 mile north of the Ocean Walk Village + Boardwalk, 2 miles north of Main Street and 6 miles east of the Daytona International Speedway + the Airport. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops and family friendly activities. We are here to offer our Southern hospitality and assist in making your stay in Daytona Beach the best ever!

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, indoor countertop grill, electric
stove/oven, blender, mini chopper, pots and pans, dishware, glasses, coffee pot... though Starbucks is just a half a mile North.
Gas grill for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs, beach toys and towels provided.
The bed configurations: king, queen, two twins, and two sofas. There is a sleeper sofa in the Billiard Room and a rollaway bed available upon request.
Large one car garage with a circular drive. Excellent parking for motorcycles or the family mini van.
Billiard Room with a pool table, large screen television and DVD player. Perfect for a family gathering. - New renovations will be complete next week!
