The apartment is on high ground overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of St Georges Bay. It is centrally located in the St Julians area, close to Malta's best entertainment places and a shopping centre. The Portomaso Hilton, the Intercontinental and other major Five-Star Hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also very close to the picturesque St Julians/Sliema promenade. The apartment has a large covered car space adjacent to the property and forms part of a managed complex adjacent to a hotel which offers swimming pool facilities to non-residents. Sliema city centre is 10 minutes away by bus. The main English Language Schools are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out with most rooms overlooking the bay. Accommodation includes a spacious airconditioned Sitting / Dining Room with its window overlooking the bay and leading to the outside terrace which also enjoys the same views; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and spare toilet/shower.

Wonderful apartment , well equipped to a very high standard. Excellant facilties for a family,lovely shower facilites and useful washing machine. I would recommend this appartment.to other busy families
Excellant sea views , we swam daily in the sea and lounged on the balcony. Used only the local buses to see all over the Island which were a great experience.
We will be visiting again.

View to Die For

My friend and I recently returned from a stay at this very comfortable and spacious apartment. The quality of furnishings and kitchen amenities was excellent and having both a shower room and seperate bathroom (both with WC's) was really handy.
But what really makes this apartment special is the beautiful sea views that can be see from almost all the rooms.
There's also a terrace. Sitting out with my cuppa first thing in the morning and last thing at night was a pleasurable experience I'm missing greatly!
The available car park space is a must as parking in the complex is otherwise not possible and it can be a problem to park in the surrounding area.
I very much hope to return and persuade my young adult children to join me, the apartment is a street away from the Paceville nightlife yet noise free!
Mr & Mrs lupi arranged a convenient taxi transfer my thanks to them for this and for providing such a delightful apartment.

We really enjoyed our holiday in St Julian, the apartment was clean and spacious and the air conditioning kept us cool in the 35deg C temperatures, the location was good not far from the hustle and bustle of Paceville but far enough to enjoy the relaxation the apartment offered with its balcony overing lovely view over St Georges bay. Alfred was very polite and helpfull and the arrangements he made for payment and taxis to and from the apartment were spot on. The well stocked Arkadia supermarket was 5mins walk away. We were considering a hire car but didn't bother in the end as we spent most of the time local to the appartment and the bus service is good (if a bit bumpy) only 47cents to Valleta , the beach can get a bit crowded but we found a nice rock area for sun bathing with ladder access to sea for swimming which we did every day. We would readily recommend this good value apartment and holiday suitable for all for all ages.

Title says it all, the apartment is extremely spacious and spotless. Marvellous views, 5 mins walk from the major entertainment areas, night life, beach and shops. Loads of restaurants near by. Owner couldn't have been more helpful. Have recommended the apartment to friends and work colleagues. We made use of the car parking space, which, if you are going to this area, is essential as there is very little parking space available on the streets etc. Having said that when we next go back we won't bother with a car as everything we needed was on the doorstep. We have already requested a return visit. Excellent apartment - excellent value for money, just perfect in my view. We will certainly be returning.

The pictures do not give this apartment the justice it deserves. There were three of us and we never tripped over each other. It would be ideal for families better than being squashed in a hotel room. Excellent value for money even with the weak exchange rate. Thank you for the great stay.
