The house is decorated in strong Catalan colours. The floors are all tiled with terracotta tiles with rugs to complete the cosy home like feel of the house. Entry is at street level into the entrance hall, this gives access to the large garage and storage area. Off the garage is the owner's office area which is not accessible to guests. Access to the garden is through the garage. The front loading automatic washing machine is to be found in the garage. THe mature courtyard garden is planted with a range of Mediterranean plants and roses, bench seatingand a small barbecue are for your use. Mainfloor (living area) The large open-plan kitchen/dinning area is bright and sunny with views across the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher gas hob and electric cooker. There is a television with all terrestrial French services and a music centre which takes CDs.

The living room is at the front of the house, comfortable seating with two sofas and an armchair around a tiled fireplace with wood-burning stove (decorative only). Satellite television , DVD and video are available for your use. You will also find a separate WC with handbasin on this floor. A steep stone staircase leads to the third floor Third floor. Two double bedded rooms and bathroom. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a small bath and overhead shower. Storage is provided by a fitted wardrobe and pine chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a WC, bath with over bath shower and wash handbasin. There is a large sunny terrace with lots of colourful flowering plants. This is a perfect sun trap for sun bathing or 'al fresco dining'. The top attic level is a huge bedroom under the eves with double and single beds. Heating, electricity bed linen and towels included in the rental.
