Only a two minute walk to numerous retaurants, shops, pubs and bars. The Brighton Pier is only a 25 minute walk along the promenade, which is close to the Brighton Pavillion, Sea Life centre and the town centre with it's shopping centre and the famous lanes. Only a bus ride away you will find Brighton Marina , Devil's Dyke and Rottingdean Village. A 5 minute walk to Hove mainline railway station - 30 minutes to Gatwick and an hour to London. Something for everyone. There will be tourist information provided in the property as well as maps and time tables.

    Apartment is available for 3, 4 or 7 nights.

    £100 deposit required to reserve holiday.

    Holiday to be paid for 6 weeks before start date. Deposit is retained until 7 days after end of holiday. Any damage/additional costs will be deducted.

This property has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Private entrance to side of building opens into the spacious lounge/diner/kitchen. Beautifully designed with tiled floors, french doors to patio garden. Door to bedroom with triple wardrobes and tall chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with thermostatic shower over shower bath and curved shower screen. We will supply bathrobes, beach towels, bicycles, bath towels, bedding, basic supplies for kitchen and bathroom including complimentary toiletries. Luxurious underfloor heating to the whole flat.
