Valley Views is brand new and finished to a high standard and is located a mile from the picturesque village of Dunsford with its pretty thatched cottages. The nearby Teign Valley Golf Course is open to non-members and there are some beautiful walks along the River Teign and through the local picturesque villages. Keen anglers, with the appropriate licence, can fish from the banks of the River Teign or at the three nearby reservoirs, Kennick, Tottiford and Trenchford. National Trust properties in the area include Killerton House, Knighthayes Court and A La Ronde. There are sandy beaches at Dawlish, Teignmouth and Shaldon.
Valley Views has private parking for one vehicle. The property has fitted carpets and curtains. It has an open plan downstairs with a kitchen area, dining area and lounge area. There are beautiful wooden stairs leading to a very light and spacious bedroom with stunning views on to open countryside. Off the bedroom is the bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen is fitted with lovely cream cupboards which hold all the household essentials. There is an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed and coffee table were you can sit back and watch the television with DVD. The dining area has a table with four chairs.
Upstairs the bedrooms benefits from having a king size bed, free standing mirror, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of draws.
There is a large velux window looking directly down the valley and with two other large windows you really are spoilt for choice as for which one to gaze out of. There are french doors downstairs which lead onto a patio area with a bistro set for two. You then have access to a garden with a bench were you can relax and take in the scenery.
