Eppie and Flisk are two traditional single storey cottages, extended and refurbished to a high standard. These comfortable, homely self catering cottages are adjoining but not internally connected (separate entrances). They can be rented alone or together.
Eppie and Flisk each sleep six with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master double boasts a king size bed, patio doors leading to the garden and an ensuite shower room. There is a separate family bathroom (bath with shower over). The living area and kitchen is open plan with patio doors out to the garden. There are dining table and chairs, comfortable seating for six, large windows providing fantastic views towards the river Tay and patio doors leading to the garden area. There is a utility room with washing and drying facilities.
Each cottage has a garden with both grass and a patio area, parking, garden shed where bicycles can be stored, and an outdoor drying area. A BBQ and garden furniture is provided. The cottages are situated on a quiet dead end road - so very little passing traffic.
Dogs are welcome but please note there will be an additional £20 charged.
