This property comprises of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is a shower room,) Separate fully fitted kitchen and large living room. Approached via it's own front door this spacious flat occupies some 800 square feet and is located on the lower ground floor of a period victorian house. This property has just been renovated to a high standard and included wooden floors in the reception room. New furniture throughout including TV and DVD player. The living room has a smart modern leather sofa and two desgner single sofa-bed chairs. One of the double bedrooms has a double bed. The other has two single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. All bedding, linen and towels are included.

The property is located in Colliseum Terrace on Albany Street, NW1. Near the junction with Chester Gate. As such it is a short walk to Regents Park (five mins walk) and a short walk to Regents Park and Great Portland Street tube Stations. (7-8 mins.) The top end of Regent Street is also within easy reach. (approx 10 Mins walk). This flat is ideal for families and couples. It provides ideal rental accomodation for anyone that wants to be in a good central location within walking distance of Oxford Street (15-20 mins) and on to all the other tourist sights that London has to offer. Deposit of £250 . Refundable upon leaving the property. Min 2 day stay. End of tenancy cleaning fee of £60.

I was very pleased with our stay in this apartment. It was better than shown on the photographs. The flat is mostly brand new, with wooden floors in the living room and carpets in the bedrooms. The location is excellent. only 100m to nearest grocery store. Only 150m to underground zone 1 Great Portland St. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There was everything provided including plates, cooking utensils and iron, hairdryer, iron-board, dishwasher, washing machine. Also it was very spacious. Very big living room. We said WOW when we arrived. From the pictures, we thought it would be in a modern block, but it was in a period building with high ceilings and big rooms. The bedrooms were on the back, which was very quiet and the living room was also quiet at night.The agent was also very helpful. Giving us advice on where to go in London as well as directions. We were not disturbed at all. We got our full deposit back and were very pleased with this flat. On arrival, the flat was freshly cleaned and the bed linen smelt like it was new.
It took us 16 minutes to walk to the centre of Oxford Street. We managed Madam Tussards in 7 minutes walk from the flat and we enjoyed London Zoo in about 14 minutes walk from the flat through Regents Park.
We will come back to this one again. Much cheaper, larger, cleaner and better located than any hotel.

Perfect place for visiting London

The flat is perfectly situated very near underground and Oxford Street.
Was a bit surprised that the flat was a cellar flat but it turned out to be no problem at all.
The flat was very clean and well-maintained.
We were six adults and we only had one set of keys. More keys would have been appreciated but we managed by meeting at the local bars.
We can recommend the Masons Arm pub. They serve very lovely Thai food.
We can strongly recommend this flat when visiting London.

Nice and clean

The flat is nice and clean. Although the double bed is not very large, and the flat is on lower ground. So not the best view of the world, but very close from the underground and nice for running in the park in the morning. Also you can't sleep in the living room as very noisy road, so we moved the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms ( which indeed were very quiet!) .

The apartment is really good and it is situated in a convenient area of the city (near Tottenham Court and Soho). The kitchen is awesome.
