Two bedroom first floor apartment located in a gated courtyard development on Youghals Waterfront . Ideal location for a weeks holiday in Youghal or a short break at a waterfront location in East Cork. Sleeps up to five in 2 bedrooms, double bed in the first bedroom with en suite shower off it , double and a single in the second. Main bathroom has shower over bath. Located in a quiet courtyard development inside electric gates, it is an ideal location for a short break or a weeks vacation in East Cork. Within walking distance of pubs, excellent restaurants and bars and shops. Bed linen & towels supplied, reclining leather couch in living area with bio-ethanol fireplace, dining table to seat 6 and a new kitchen with all new modern appliances. Views of the Black water from the living area balcony with the local fishing fleet parked just outside the window. Parking for one car. Satellite TV reception, Internet cafe on the main street in the town approx 300 m.

Two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 3 storey building. Access is by stairs only (no lift). The apartment has an open plan kitchen / living area with seating for 5 & dining for 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer /dryer, oven and hob , microwave fridge freezer.

TV with Irish TV channels & free to air satellite. Main bathroom has electric shower over bath.

The first bedroom has a double bed with enuite shower room, the second a double and a single. Bed linen & a set of towels provided per person.

There is parking for 1 car in the courtyard development which is accessed through electric gates. This courtyard development is center of town and is quiet yet near enough to the bars restaurants and shops. Views from the living area are over the local fishing fleet coming & going about their business depending on the tide . If you are there at the right time you may be able to get some of their catch of the day.

There are woodland walks at Glen bower near Killeagh a short car drive.

Lovely clean fresh apartment . We stayed there a few years ago in another apartment but this one was a plesant surprise it was clean and fresh and bright with a lovely view over the harbour from the small balcony. The sun catches the balcony in the evening. It is the quieter side of the building . The apartment was well equipped and had everything

My family spent 3 nights at the Kingfisher apartment. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. It is close to several grocery stores. The town of Youghal is great for visiting Cork and Waterford. Eleanor is very helpful whenever we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Kingfisher apartment. The property appeared new and exceptionally clean. Ms. Attridge was a pleasant, welcoming host. The apartment is in the town of Yougal, a quaint coastal town with great restaurants and many things to do in the area. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.
