Villa Brilliant View, built out of stone in Dalmatian style, is located in the heart of Dubrovnik at the most beautiful and constantly sunny seaside area. Our guests can completely relax by being surrounded by wonderful nature and having the brilliant sea-views at the Elaphite islands and almost entire Dubrovnik! There are 2 spacious terraces and balconies, built of stone and in renaissance style, where our guests can enjoy the serenity of a moment and completely relax while not being disturbed by anyone. Villa Brilliant View has a great position in terms of being close to all amenities. Within 5-10 minutes' walking distance you will find supermarkets, the post office, banks, bus stations ( 3-5 minutes), the shopping centers, the restaurants, the main bus station, very modern port, the marina, cafes, bars, fish market, etc.

Nearest Airport: ?ilipi at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Gruz at 5 Minutes
Swimming, diving, hiking activities,shopping centers ( the main shopping centers are only within approximately 10-15 minutes of walking from the villa), cultural activities ,nightlife , restaurants ( restaurants with various cuisines are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance),sailing on an ancient boat called Karaka which is located in the marine – only 5-7 minutes of walking distance. There are organized boat trips to nearby islands ( Elaphite islands) as well as to nearby places( Cavtat, Srebreno,etc) where guests can truly relax, have a lunch/dinner, and sightsee all those charming places. For guests , who are staying more days, it is recommendable to rent a car at the airport because you can explore Dubrovnik's coastal area (and nearby cities, traditional life in Konavle, famous botanic garden in Trsteno, etc) which is very beautiful. There are numerous cheap rent a car agencies at the airport Cilipi.

The house is surrounded by wonderful nature of Mediterranean trees as well as by the extremely beautiful sea-views! The surrounding environment of Mediterranean trees gives the charm to the harmony and serenity at villa. Our lovely villa consists of two flats (Romantica & Divina) and sleeps up to 13 people in its extremely spacious bedrooms. The villa also possesses fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV, TV, two balconies, two very large terraces, gardens, and many other facilities. Also, additional benefit for our guests is a very large and secured private parking space in front of villa. Flat ROMANTICA is an extremely spacious apartment (120 square meters) with the excellent sea-views at Elaphite islands and almost entire Dubrovnik! The apartment consists of 3 very spacious bedrooms, lounge areas (SAT TV, sofa, tables, etc.), bathroom ( bath thub, massage shower, etc), and fully equipped and very spacious kitchen (+ dinning area).

Also, you can relax at the spacious terrace or balconies and enjoy the surrounding nature of Mediterranean trees and the extraordinary great sea-views! Also, 2 rooms have exit to the balcony where our guests can enjoy really excellent sea-views! In the case you are coming by the car, there is the private parking space in front of villa. Flat DIVINA is an extremely comfortable (120sqm) and large apartment with 3 bedrooms (3 king size beds, rooms are decorated within an interesting combination of antique and modern furniture), bathrooms (with washing machine)and a spacious and fully equipped kitchens ( dinning areas, coffee machine, toaster, etc) ,lounge area, private entrance, etc. Also, our guests can enjoy at the sea-views at the spacious terrace as well as from the rooms.Private parking space secured for all our guests.
