'Seashells' is located in the quiet village of Ferring and 100 yards from beach. The village is nestled between the sea and the scenic South Downs. New to the holiday letting market May 2009 it is well equipped with all new appliances. Worthing is the local town with many restaurants, theatres and shops. The South Downs provide many picturesque downland walks or for those wanting the excitement of city life Brighton is within easy driving distance with its numerous attractions including the famous Lanes and Royal Pavillion.

The bungalow is well equipped and situated in a quiet residential road. The local village shops and pubs/restaurants are within easy reach. The highly recommended 'Bluebird' seafront cafe is a few minutes walking distance and serves breakfast and meals throughout the day and The Rife provides a pleasant riverside walk. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The pretty garden is secluded with a sunny patio area and garden furniture. The lounge has Freeview TV and DVD/Video player, CD radio and is bright and spacious with patio doors leading to rear garden. The bathroom has an electric shower over bath and there is 2 separate cloakrooms.
