Venalmar is a small unique development of townhomes & houses that have been divided to form ground & first floor apartments. A gated development with direct access to the beach, the apartment has 3 large en-suite bedrooms (the master affords a kingsize bed plus additional single bed), with a 50sqm south facing terrace that overlooks the extensive subtropical gardens and swimming pool. Venalmar has the added benefit of an additional self contained 1 double bed apartment with huge outdoor terrace and BBQ area above which can be rented in conjunction with the 3 bed apartment below. Close by there are 2 children's playgrounds & 3 beach bar/restaurants. A 10 min walk to Benavista's many shops, restaurants and bars (including the Robin Hood) it is close to many golf courses, and whilst it has many family activities, the Puerto Banus nightlife is closeby. Ideal for an combination of peaceful relaxation and family leisure in one of the best complexes close to Marbella.

Venalmar is situated beachfront directly behind the Crown Plaza Hotel. As well as our three chiringuitos (beach-bar restaurants) that are on our nearby beach, it is also a short walk to the many excellent restaurants and bars that are just outside of Venalmar. Covering a wide range of cuisines, they include Spanish, British, Italian, Lebanese, Moroccan, Chinese, Indian and French.. Most of them also have outdoor gardens and terraces which are wonderful places to dine under the stars on warm summer nights and are open throughout the year.

    Changeover day
    Preferred is a Saturday although we are flexible outside of peak season. Normally the departure time is 11 am and the arrival time is 4pm although we can be flexible wherever possible.

    Booking notes
    A deposit of 30% is requested following the booking confirmation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Cancellation

    Up to 8 weeks prior to departure – 30% of total booking charge payable by client
    4-8 weeks prior to departure – 50% of total booking charge payable by client
    4 weeks or less to departure – 100% of total booking charge payable by client

    Security deposit
    An additional £200 security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior and will be refunded on the day of departure.

Notes: Venalmar is unlike many apartments located on the Costa Del Sol as it is the first floor of a 2 storey property so you have no adjoining neighbour - just a downstairs one. Upstairs is a self contained 1 bed apartment which will always be vacant unless it has been rented by yourself in conjunction with the main apartment. Venalmar is much larger than many of the apartments on this coast and is much more private and peaceful due to the unique type of build.

Our very spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room has 2 sofas, 6 seater dining table, feature fireplace, satellite television with English channels, DVD, video, mini hi-fi with CD and cassette player, opens directly to the large terrace which also has a 4 seater outdoor dining table. There is a separate WC in the large entrance hall. The bedrooms are all well proportioned comfortably fitting twin beds in two of the rooms and a kingsize bed and additional single bed in the main bedroom, handy for those with small children. The main bedroom and one twin are accessible off the large terrace with the 3rd bedroom having views of the mountains behind. The spacious bedrooms and living space offer a privacy not typically found in new build apartments on the coast. Self contained 1 bed apartment offers: Bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room with basin & WC. Galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine.

The living room has 2 sofas, large flat screen satellite tv, dvd and sound system that links via a Bose sound system to the outside terrace. There is an extremely large private terrace which is accessed from both the living area and the bedroom. The terrace has built in seating, a Bose sound system, outdoor lighting, water fountain feature, raised seating area with dining seating for 6 and 2 sun loungers. There is an outdoor covered BBQ cooking area with bar style seating for 4. The terrace has the most fantastic views over the gardens and pool area of Venalmar, the beach and views over to Gibralter and Africa. Wired for sound, the rooftop terrace provides an ideal environment to enjoy an evening BBQ and evening drinks to your own music playlist via the Bose sound system.
