Situated on an award winning landscaped holiday complex, this Andalucian style resort with its elevated position overlooks the clear blue Mediterranean. It boasts 6 pools with waterfalls, tennis court, child’s playground, indoor training facilities, jacuzzi , sauna, heated indoor pool, bar, restaurant and cinema.

The historic sites of Cyprus sit alongside its modern cities. It's an island of beauty with year round sunshine, an amazing variety of landscapes, ranging from sandy beaches to the Troodos Mountains. From January to March there is also skiing on the Troodos Mountains - under a 2 hour drive away. The spectacular beach of Coral Bay with its numerous watersports, is within a 15 minute drive. At Paphos harbour there are numerous shops where there is also fishing, boating, sailing and diving. There are 3 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. 1) Tsada's 18 hole course is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery, 2) Secret Valley also boasts an 18 hole course 3) The newest 18 hole course is at the Aphrodite Hills Golf resort, some 20km drive from Paphos.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The house will be ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12noon on the day of departure.

    A welcome pack containing some basic essentials, will be waiting for you on your arrival. on request at an additional cost

    A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover any potential breakages, which will be returned within 7 days of departure.

    A deposit of 30% of the rental cost is required on booking.

    The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival will command full payment. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to arrival will command a 75% payment and for cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to arrival a 50% payment will be deducted.

This townhouse, which comfortably sleeps 7, is furnished to a high standard with a spacious downstairs open plan living area consisting of cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area leading out on to a large south facing patio area with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a double queen sized bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has 1 single. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space each having 2 double wardrobes and 2 four-drawer chests. Bedroom 2 leads out on to a balcony and with the master suite has breathtaking uninterrupted views towards the sea. There is also a family shower room on this level.

A special feature of the property is the marble staircase that leads up to the south facing roof-terrace with its top quality rattan furniture, boasting stunning views to the front overlooking Paphos and to the rear overlooking the complex with the distant hills beyond. These views are particularly spectacular at night.

Amazing Cyprus Holiday

I was overwhelmed by my holiday in Cyprus this year! The accomodation was maintained to a perfect standard and was far beyond my expectations! The villa was spotless with new and modern appliances which was perfect for self catering. The roof terrace provided a beautiful scenic viewpoint for evening meals and drinks.

The complex itself provided a multitude of activities and we particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool outside our villa and the jacuzzi!

The location was grat, just outside paphos with easy access to the beautiful harbour and ancient ruins. All the restaurants and bars were nearby and the complex was able to arange very reasonable taxi fares into paphos itself.

We were easily able to spend day trips visiting other areas of interest such as the beautiful coast of Latsi.

We had an amazing holiday and I would certainly return to this complex and villa to explore cyprus a bit more! I could not recommend it more! Have a lovely trip!

We were apprehensive, not having been to Cyprus before, but we needn't have worried. The help and useful information you gave us before our holiday put paid to all our concerns. When we arrived at the property we were blown away. It was a delight and to be able to settle on the roof terace at the end of the day was fantastic. We'd definately go again and of course recommend it. Thanks.
